coffee no. 22

Yesterday, I was reading the wonderful French book in the library. It was published in early nineteenth century and its edition must have been quite small.
The book was very heavy because a hard cover was binded in red velvet and adorned with golden fittings. The pages were of fabric sheet and their precisely cut edges were painted golden, so it looked lovely when the book was closed.
I was staring at it for a long time because it was perfect.
In spite of Her age, She was strong and beautiful, self-confident and seductive, brave and smart. Genuine Lady.
