A doctor is being interviewed on TV. He is talking about harmful effects of smoking and creates terrifying visions of a lung cancer, mouth cavity cancer and larynx cancer. Everything would be ok unless the fact that the man has a very peculiar and totally inappropriate to the things he says nervous tic. From time to time he winks an eye.
He looks as if he was sending us a hidden message - "don't treat it seriously. I'm only joking".
